These rods are extremely durable and very well built. I mainly used these rods off large planer boards pulling coppers and leadcores for Salmon in Lake Ontario. The large stainless steel guides are great and the termination points on copper lines travel through with ease. These rods can also be used on wire line dipseys if you replace the last guide with a roller or twilly. Again, the price point cannot be beat and the quality is outstanding. I will be getting more of these for my boat for sure.
